Ever wanted the perfect lips? Well perhaps these tips might help :)- Apply foundation to the lips to prevent lip colour bleeding. It also stops lip colours taking on a blue tinge, which is caused by the acid in your skin reacting with the lipstick
- If you have chosen warm tones for your eye makeup, keep your choice of blushers and lip colours in the same tone ranges
- If you have vivid natural lip colour, choose a paler shade as your lips will intensify the final colour
- Tanned skin looks best with lip tints and glosses
- A lip brush helps paint lipstick into the grain of your lips, helping it to stay longer. It also allows you to use lipstick to the bottom of the applicator
- Wear brighter lipstick if your teeth are yellow are stained, as it will make them look whiter. Avoid obvious orange-yellow tones, which emphasis discolouration.
Don't throw away old lipsticks, instead dig out the remains from two or three and place them in a small heat-resistant bowl. Melt them over a pan of boiling water, then pout the liquid lipstick into an old lip-gloss pot. When it sets you will have a new lipstick. Try mixing several colours to create the perfect shades for day or evening wear.

I'm like marzie too.. i don't use foundation but what i do is (when I'm getting ready for an occasion) I apply lip balm first. Then i powder my lips lightly using my 2-way compact powder, baru apply lip color. It really does make the color last longer. Using a brush also helps evens out the color and the color isn't as dark as when you apply it direct.
Then to make your lips prettier and look fuller, dab some clear gloss just in the middle of the lower lip.. don't spread it out all over.. it'll turn out really gorgeous!! :) :)
Wahhhhh so clear ur instruksi Shemah… I use lip balm before lipstick but don put powder.. oso love the clear gloss at the end tip..I tend not to spread gloss all over too! :)

lip brush helps to make it look even GP... though in a rush.. i pun tak guna..

Great tip Shemah.. yeah the part about the clear gloss in the middle really makes the lips stand out kan.. unless of course you already have luscious lips.. eh hehe.. you can apply the same concept to eyes too.. you can apply a slighly lighter colour in the middle of the eyelid to give it the wow effect :)
I LOVE makeup too.. though I dont use it too often here.. but in SG.. i use a lot more makeup.. lol!!.. A tak suka i put too much makeup lah...
