These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the DailyHer mobile application ("App") provided by ARTOSX LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
This App is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the App is also subject to the Apple Standard End-User Licence Agreement (EULA) as well as these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, these Terms shall apply to the extent permitted.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
DailyHer is a personal wellness and lifestyle companion designed for women. It provides features including, but not limited to:
All data is stored locally on your device by default. The App is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
DailyHer offers optional auto-renewable subscription plans:
Premium features include an ad-free experience and access to additional content.
Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. All payments are processed by Apple.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
Managing subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, or via the App Store.
Free trial: If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Current subscription prices are displayed in the App and on the App Store. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

The App is designed for personal tracking and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by the App.
All content, design, graphics, and code in the App are owned by or licensed to ARTOSX LTD and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ARTOSX LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may also stop using the App and delete it from your device at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
